Refunds & Replacements

At Revexa, a trading name of Spritely HQ Ltd, we aim to provide high customer satisfaction while

ensuring product integrity and compliance.

1. Refunds & Replacements

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting images. We'll offer a suitable resolution (refund or replacement).

2.  Exclusions

Refunds are not offered for:

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

- Uncollected or refused deliveries

- Opened, tampered, or misused items

- Change-of-mind returns

Due to the research-only nature of our products, we cannot accept general returns.
